- How long will it take to get my order?
Custom items make up the majority of our business, and most items are made to order. Our current turnaround time for custom orders is 3-4 weeks. Ready To Ship items will ship in 1-2 business days. We ship USPS and most orders in the U.S. arrive within 2-4 days of being shipped. Shipping time for other countries varies.

- Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and the products you order. International buyers (especially European buyers), please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. If you refuse to pay VAT charges and your order is sent back to us, we will not offer a refund, and we will only reship the item to you once you have paid additional shipping charges to resend the package.

- Do you offer repairs?

Yes! Our products are made to last, but if a snap stops working, a leather piece breaks, etc., we offer free repairs or replacement snaps within one year after purchase.

- Do you do wholesale/bulk orders?
Yes we do offer wholesale purchasing, please contact us with what you are looking for to get more info & pricing. We also can manufacture tack for trainers & clinicians under your own label.

- Do you accept returns?
Sales on custom items are final - we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged upon delivery. Returns on ready to ship items are accepted within 14 days after you receive your items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and you will receive a refund for the purchase price minus shipping once the item is received by us.

- I'm looking for something specific that I don't see listed on your shop.
