Shipping policy

Custom items make up the majority of our business, and almost all of our items are made to order. Current turnaround time for orders is 3 weeks. In stock/ready to ship items will ship in 1-2 business days. We ship USPS and most orders in the U.S. arrive within 2-3 days after being shipped. Shipping time for other countries varies.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes! Shipping will be an extra cost, but we will ship anywhere in the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and the products you order.
*International buyers (especially European buyers), please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. If you refuse to pay VAT charges and your order is sent back to us, we will not offer a refund, and we will only reship the item to you once you have paid additional shipping charges to resend the package.
